Meta ad campaigns for businesses
Most of my work is Facebook and Instagram ads for e-commerce brands and local service businesses. I’m hands-on in the account every day, I tell you when something isn’t working, and I’d rather send you a two-line message that’s true than a dashboard that looks nice.

How I got here
I didn’t set out to do this. I was an SEO specialist and started running ads for a friend’s business because nobody else would. I got a lot of it wrong for about a year, then something clicked — mostly the realization that the account structure matters far less than whether the offer and the creative are any good.
Since then it’s been 2 and a half years of other people’s budgets, which is a fast way to learn what actually moves a number.
Featured work
E-COMMERCE
Cut cost per purchase by 41% while tripling monthly spend
They were profitable at small spend and fell apart every time they pushed budget. We rebuilt the account structure and the creative pipeline so scale stopped breaking things.
LOCAL SERVICES
From 12 unqualified enquiries a month to 60 booked consults
The lead volume was never really the problem. The leads just weren’t people who could realistically book. We changed what we asked for, and who we asked.
EDUCATION
A launch that missed target, and what it taught me
This one didn’t hit the number. We got the traffic and the cost per registration we wanted, and the webinar still didn’t convert. Including it because the diagnosis was the useful part.
What I do
01
Campaign strategy
Deciding what we’re actually buying — a sale, a lead, a booked call — and building the account around that instead of around what’s easy to report.
02
Media buying & optimization
The daily work: budgets, bids, audiences, scaling what works and switching off what doesn’t before it drains the month.
03
Creative testing
Writing and briefing ads, then testing them properly. One idea per test, enough budget to learn something, and honest calls on what lost.
04
Tracking & funnel setup
Pixel and Conversions API set up so the numbers are real, plus a look at the landing page and follow-up, because ads can’t fix a broken next step.
05
Reporting & analysis
A short weekly note in plain English: what we spent, what came back, what I’m changing and why. No 40-page decks.
If you're spending on
Meta and it feels like guesswork, let's talk.
Tell me what you’re selling and what’s not working. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help, and if I can’t, who might.
